Mr. Downing has over thirty years of experience in hospitality, real estate development, investment banking, and project financing. Mr. Downing was a founder of InterBank/Brener Hospitality Consultants and InterBank/Premier Hotel Group. He has provided services to Marriott, Hilton, Hilton International, Omni, Doubletree, Sheraton, Radisson, and MCA, Inc. He has served as CFO of EMC/PMC, a commercial real estate mortgage banking/mortgage brokerage firm. He received his MBA from the University of Denver (Colorado) and is a decorated Vietnam veteran.
